Established in 1995, the Wilmington, Delaware based Challenge Program empowers Delaware’s at-risk youth with confidence, skills and purpose to enter the working world. Youth receive valuable on-the-job experience working on professional construction projects from low-income housing rehabilitation to creative projects for local government and non-profit agencies.
