Arthur Hall Insurance is proud to announce that two Commercial Lines Service Representatives have earned the Qualified Commercial Lines Specialist (QCLS) designation. Anne Hall (left) and Maureen Biondi (right) completed requirements for the QCLS designation through Total CSR, the insurance industry’s first and only agency development platform.
