Temporary Closure of Hockessin, DE Office

On Sunday December 8th, a fire damaged the Hockessin, Delaware office of Arthur Hall Insurance. The two-alarm fire was reported shortly after 11 PM in the WSFS bank building at 7450 Lancaster Pike. Arthur Hall Insurance occupies two floors in the building and sustained material damage to both floors. It is believed a faulty HVAC unit was behind the blaze, causing approximately $500,000 in damages. No Change in Delaware Workers’ Compensation Rates for 2017 As part of our ongoing effort to keep you informed of insurance industry changes and how those changes may affect you and your business, we are able to announce that workers’ compensation rates in the state of Delaware will not increase in 2017.
