Thirty-two years ago, Arthur Hall Insurance moved from a modest office outside of the West Chester borough to the building we currently occupy. At that time, in 1990, we had five employees. Over the last 32 years, the team worked diligently to expand the enterprise and we are proud of what we accomplished, but we have outgrown our space!
