As President of Arthur Hall Insurance, Jim guides the overall growth and sustainability of the firm, as well as its contribution to the community.  Jim emphasizes consultative solutions to complex matters of insurance and risk management for businesses and professional firms.

Agency Principle and key member of the management team, Nicole leads the Personal Lines Division of Arthur Hall Insurance as Vice President. She holds the prestigious Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance designation (CAPI) from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Chubb giving her unique trusted advisor skills to apply to the complex risk management needs of highly successful individuals.

Dan began his career with Arthur Hall Insurance in 2014. He holds both the Cyber COPE Insurance Certification (CCIC) and the Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation. Dan currently serves as Vice President and Cyber Practice Leader for the Agency. He manages several industry specific national insurance programs for clients all over North America. He routinely serves as an insurance and risk management presenter at conferences throughout the country.

Glenn brings over 37 years experience in insurance sales, administration and risk management to Arthur Hall Insurance. Serving as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lines he excels at matching the right insurance provider for his clients to achieve optimum results, whether the client is implementing a first-dollar program or a fully self-insured program.

Josh Isler is a Vice President of Arthur Hall Insurance and began his career with Arthur Hall Insurance in 2004. With a continued focus on generating new business opportunities and establishing strategic business relationships, Josh has a proven track record of providing the best possible risk management solutions to his clients in both personal and commercial realms.

Mark serves as Executive Vice President and is on the board of directors. He also serves as the leader of one of the commercial business development teams. Mark holds a Certified Insurance Counselor designation, which is recognized throughout the industry as a standard of achievement, personal dedication, and expertise to succeed in an ever-changing, demanding profession.

Karen leads the administrative side of Arthur Hall Insurance as Operations and Accounting Manager, serving on the Board of Directors and Senior Management Teams. Licensed in Property ,Casualty, Life & Health, she holds both Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Insurance Counselor certifications.
